Is the Mouse Pad not detected on Windows 10?
If you experience problems like this, please do a Synapse Software update via Settings => Then select Check for Updates. If the update doesn’t work or Synapse can’t reload, please uninstall the Synapse Software and download the latest Synapse in the table we have provided below.
Are Chroma lighting effects available on Razer Firefly?
This Mouse Pad can display primary Chroma lighting effects: Spectrum, Respiration, and Static as well as Reactive and Waves, initially only available on the Razer BlackWidow Chroma and now it is also available for Razer Firefly.
If you have other Chroma-enabled devices, can you synchronize the lighting effects with Razer Firefly?
Yes, you can do it. All devices that support Chroma are equipped with color synchronization with other devices. Just a click of a button via Razer Synapse, the device’s lighting effects will be activated on the synchronized Chroma Razer.
Cannot synchronize Waves to Razer BlackWidows.
Users can set the same effect on these two devices individually; color synchronization between devices is not yet available for two standard results: Reactive and Wave. Color synchronization between devices for these two effects is possible in the Razer Synapse patch.
Can you set the color for each LED on Razer Firefly?
The LEDs on the Razer Firefly cannot be customized one at a time. However, with the Razer Synapse patch, you can set the background color to the Reactive effect.
